Here we explain how shipping works at bloohawk.com. The full legal conditions (delivery risk, legal deadlines, etc.) are in our Terms and conditions, section 6.
Where we ship
We ship to the countries visible at checkout at any given time. Applicable shipping costs and delivery times are displayed before confirming the order.
Delivery times
Approximate delivery times are 48 to 72 hours from order confirmation. These times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (holidays, weather, carrier incidents, etc.).
How to track your shipment
When you confirm your order, you receive a confirmation email. Once we process your order and assign it to the carrier, we send you a second email with the tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page, where you can check your shipment status in real time.
What if your package doesn't arrive?
If the package arrives damaged, is not delivered within a reasonable time, or is lost, write to us at info@bloohawk.com with your order number and we will manage the incident with the carrier. Don't worry — the risk of shipping until delivery is ours.
