Return policy

If you have purchased a product at bloohawk.com and want to return it, here we explain how to do it simply. The full legal conditions (withdrawal rights, deadlines, etc.) are in our Terms and conditions, section 8.
How to initiate a return
- Write to us at info@bloohawk.com with the subject 'Return [your order number]'.
- Briefly tell us the reason (not required, but it helps us improve).
- Within 24 hours we send you the shipping instructions and return address.
- Pack the product in its original condition to a reasonable extent and send it via the carrier we indicate.
- Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we process your refund.
Deadlines
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to initiate the return, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. The refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive the product, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Return shipping cost
The direct cost of return shipping is borne by you, unless the product has manufacturing defects or non-conformity, in which case we assume it. As a convenience, we may offer you a prepaid label at the carrier's actual cost, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Store voucher as alternative
If you prefer, instead of a cash refund we may offer you a voucher redeemable at bloohawk.com of higher value. It is a free choice — the cash refund is always your right.
